So, I’ve started this diet just a few weeks ago and to be honest with you, I feel great. I’ve been able to exercise better, my eyes look clearer and so does my skin. I’ve even lost a little weight too. I didn’t realize just how many benefits there were to this diet in tell I started researching it. I learned there’s a LOT of misinformation out there and I find it disappointing. I’ve learned that if you really want to learn something, you have to look at multiple sources. Quite a few of them can be bias and maybe even have ill intentions. On this page I plan to tell you the truth about veganism. I also plan to debunk all the myths and lies you’ve been told. Why? Because I care about you. I’m not here to sell anything and I’m not even using this blog to make money. I use it to help give myself and the people around me a better understanding of the world.
